If several of the single-family houses are re-developed to multi-family houses with no parking provided, the street will be a mess with cars - impossible to get by and impossible to park anywhere.  I know the push is for people to not have a car, but realistically it is extremely difficult to have a family with kids and not have a car.  I think there should be some type of parking requirement - maybe for at least one car?
