In the past few years. It seems that opportunity was lost and I have little faith that these changes will make the difference that is being attempted. It seems this an attempt to change existing housing which will change city to a more uraban community.

It seems like a refitting of the city.

I would like to preserve the housing stock rather than retrofitting. There are many smaller homes and I would like to see the zoning preserve those houses.
