To Whom It May Concern:


Route 16, Auburn St and Commonwealth Ave will be eastern access roads along with Grove St. Commuters will be driving through Newton toward Boston and into Waltham as they do now. Some commuters who live at this site will not be using public transportation and  will be returning to it or going from it as well. Commuters will avoid the toll on the Mass Pike.  There will be increased gridlock in Auburndale Square.  What will the City be doing to help Newton residents get to and from their homes on the side streets off Route 16, Commonwealth Ave and Auburn St. during rush hours? With this added traffic what changes/adjustments will be made?


With heavy rains there is frequently storm runoff and sewage overflow into Lyons Park, the Charles River, and other local areas. With the added strain to the system of this large development, what is the City's plan to address this issue when it occurs?
