I have several items to bring to your attention today.

 

1) Starting time for Land Use meeting on 9/30/13. Online Friday Packet
9/20/13 Board calendar shows 7 pm. Scott's 9/25/13 "News, Notes, Reminders"
memo states 7:45 pm. Please reconcile.

 

2) Please post the 9/26/13 memo from VHB's Rich Hollworth to the Special
Permits webpage. This is the memo that prompted significant discussion over
projected water/I&I usage.

 

3) Please post last night's audio file online, so members of the public who
were unable to attend have an opportunity to listen to it before Monday's
meeting.

 

4) Please post the revised Hotel Indigo Planning memo to the S.P. webpage.
The memo discussed last night differed from the version posted online in
last week's Friday Packet. If, based on last night's discussion, it will be
revised again and posted today, that's fine. The public wants an opportunity
to review the changes.
