This correspondence is related to the proposal before you regarding 9 Ripley Street LLC's plan to build a 4 unit condo complex at that location.

We are strongly opposed to this plan as our neighborhood is comprised on single family and 2 family homes with no other developments of this kind on this street. It would clearly be out of character for our neighborhood. We reside approximately 300' from 9 Ripley and many of the neighborhood children including our Son congregate in that part of the street as it is level. There could be many new cars and more traffic due to 4 units squeezed on this lot. We hope that you consider ours and many of our neighbors strong feelings and concerns related to this proposal.
