Dear City officials,

My name is Jie (Jennifer) Shang and live in 19 Ripley Street. I'm the next door neighbor of 9 Ripley Street. Our families (Lin Zhou and Quan Zhou families)  have been here for almost 20 years. We paid our tax and maintaining our property faithfully. We also volunteer for some of the city's projects.

We are very concerned about the 9 Ripley Street project, mainly the size and proximity. I heard developer made a change to reduce the size (it is a good news). But the buildings seems still out of the proportion for the lot and the neighborhood.

We understand the builders have the right to build according to the rules and don't really know how the special permit would be for the case like this. We can only put all our trust on you, our city officials, and believe you will have our best interest for the decision making.
