Do you love history and gardening? Combine your interests by helping tend to a historic garden that’s over 200 years old. Volunteering at the Durant-Kenrick Gardens is a great way to learn more about historic gardening practices and plants as well as meet new people with similar interests in a beautiful environment. No need to have a green thumb! Whether you’re new to gardening or a long-time “plant parent” you can volunteer. Regardless of skill-level, we strive to provide a meaningful and rewarding experience for each of our volunteers. Tools, gloves, and light refreshments will be provided.
