Via Mail

Send a written request with date, approximate time, location, and type of incident to the Keeper of Records. Include a check for $5.00 made out to City of Newton and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Contact Keeper of Records at:

Send a request with date, approximate time, location, and type of incident to firerecords@newtonma.gov

You must also send a check for $5.00 and a *note referencing the email to

*Be sure there is a correlation between the email subject and the check memo (i.e. Incident address, date of the incident and type of incident -medical, fire, etc.)
**Deposition reports and reports containing investigative materials cannot be sent digitally and will require additional processing fees. Send initial requests via mail
