The program establishes employment opportunities for individuals, 22 and older, with developmental disabilities where they can acquire skills, build relationships, contribute to the community, and grow professionally. This program is supported through the Department of Disability Services and Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission.

Empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental differences to live in living, social and work communities. The Price Center offers Community Day Programs, Employment Services, Day Habilitation and Community Living. This program is supported through the Department of Disability Services.

Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission; Transition Services for Students & Youth
MRC offers supports related to job preparation and exploration for students 14 an older while they are still in high school. MRC works with community providers to offer pre-employment transition services for students, with the goal of them building the skills needed to be successful with employment or further education after high school.
Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission; NextGen Careers
NextGen Careers serves young adults with disabilities, 18-30, who want to make a change in their life. Participants will learn to advocate for themselves, gain self-confidence, and become self-sufficient on their career path through career counselor and peer mentor led programming and supports.
Disability Disclosure in Employment Series
The Client Assistance Program has developed a virtual Disclosure in Employment Series, which consists of three separate workshops; The Decision to Disclose, Reasonable Accommodations in Employment and Disability Discrimination in Employment. The series is for employees and jobseekers with disabilities and their advocates.
Boston Center for Independent Living
BCIL provides individual services to people with disabilities, to meet critical needs such as, housing, healthcare, employment, long-term care, transportation, adaptive technology, communications, civil rights law, and education. Additionally, they provide services to young people preparing to transition out of high school and into adulthood with their Youth Services programming.

The mission of Work Inc. is to ensure that all individuals with disabilities can grow, have the right to make choices, access to education and opportunity to participate in their community. They do this through the services they offer which includes, commercial services, day habilitation, deaf services, employment services, family support and residential services. Work Inc. accepts referrals from The Department of Development Services, the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, the Massachusetts Commission for the Blink, the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance, and partnership with Massachusetts One-Stop Career Centers.
