carbon-neutrality by 2050, the overarching goal of our Climate Action Plan. To meet that goal, we must transition City buildings from fossil fuels to being fully electric. We have begun this work in many of our recent building projects. This proposal would accelerate this process, with Peirce Elementary and the Newton Free Library up next.
