Camp Extreme offers kids going into 5th-8th grade an opportunity to experience fun field trips each day.  From hiking, swimming, climbing, adventure & more, campers are challenged each day to push themselves and do more than they ever have before.  Please see the camp flyer for daily trips.  Some trips are tentative and may change.  

Camp Extreme is located at the Lower Falls Community Center and will run for weekly sessions between July 14 and August 22, 2025.  Campers may register for any number of weeks they are interested in.  Please be mindful when registering about what trips are offered and your child's interest/ability to participate.  The program runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 - 3:30.  

Campers bring their own snack and lunch each day, along with plenty of water or drinks.  Most field trip locations do not have the option to purchase food or drinks.  A list of items needed for each day's trip will be emailed in advance of the week.   Camp runs rain or shine. We will have a back up activity in case of severe weather if we can't do the planned trip.

Registration begins on Wednesday January 29th for Newton residents online at www.newtonmarec.com  Non residents can register starting March 1st if space is still available.
