What’s included in a booth registration
A 10’x10′ surface space on the lawn or pavement.
A digital marketing flyer for the list of vendors.
We don't provide tables, chairs, or electricity.

Acceptance
We will be in touch by email to let you know about your registration and acceptance status.

Setup and Parking
Once you are registered and accepted, we will send you an email a few days before the event, with all the essential details: your space assignment, setup time, parking info, and more. Be sure to give it a thorough read and arrive on time for a smooth and successful event.

Specific placement is not available.
But if you share your placement preferences with us, we will try to accommodate them when feasible.

STRUMMIN' UP TO BOSTON!
A music festival celebrating all things ukulele 

Sunday, June 9th 11-4pm

Produced in partnership with Newton Cultural Development, STRUMMIN' UP TO BOSTON! is a gathering of some of the finest, most fun-loving ukulele groups for miles. Sharing the enjoyment and beauty of our favorite humble little instrument. A great time to see old friends and make new ones.

Foot stomping' performances by EIGHT ukulele ensembles from all around! Delicious food trucks! Unique vendor booths! Door prizes and remember to bring your uke for a big ol' Strum-along! A whole day of fun!

This event is FREE to attend and will run from 11am - 4pm at Newton City Hall War Memorial Auditorium.

Strummin' up to Boston tee shirts will be available to purchase , cash only. A limited amount will be available.

July 4th Open Air Market attracts a steady stream of people during the day, with live music throughout the day at the gazebo, and a kiddie carnival with rides and food trucks.  The crowd grows towards the evening with live music on the main stage beginning at 5:30pm, and a fireworks spectacular at dark. Come be a part of a great community celebration that attracts 8,000+ people annually to Albemarle Field in Newton!

Newton Harvest Fair - Saturday, October 19 is kiddie rides and carnival food trucks only.

Sunday, October 20 will be the full open air market and more. This is a wildly popular event attracting thousands for the food, music, community performances and vendors.

Saturday, October 19, 2024 10 am - 5pm Carnival Only - kiddie rides, games and carnival food.

Sunday, October 20, 2024 | 11:00am - 4:00pm  Carnival, food trucks, live music, 100+ crafters/vendors, GreenEXPO, free pumpkin decorating courtesy of Wegman's Chestnut Hill (while supplies last).

Vendor registration is closed.  We are at capacity and no longer accepting registrations.

On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, December 6-8, City Hall is being transformed into an 18-hole mini golf course complete with greens and holes winding through the secret staircase in the Mayor’s Office, City Council Chambers, and War Memorial. 

This event benefits the Holiday Gift Drive sponsored by The Village Bank in collaboration with the City of Newton Department of Health and Human Services and the Newton Rotary.

The War Memorial auditorium stage will host musicians  during the weekend.  Musicians will perform as the public passes through the room during their round of mini golf. This is a voluntary - non paid- performance opportunity to share your talents with the public and get in the holiday spirit in the beautiful performance space.
