Time for Partners art and music program is specifically geared for children ages 18 months to 4 years with an adult.

 TFP Summer 2023 Website (1)

The program is held at the War Memorial Auditorium at City Hall, 1000 Commonwealth Avenue, from 9:30 – 11:15 Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Your child will enjoy the many hands-on art activities, imaginary play, and creative movement so crucial to early development.  Follow that with a quick snack, and then clap and dance to wonderful live music performed by a professional musician.

  • Art and Play 9:30 - 10:15am
  • Snack 10:15 - 10:30
  • Music and Movement 10:30 - 11:15 am

Each segment offers delightful opportunities to meet other neighborhood toddlers and their caregivers and make new friends!   Everything is age appropriate so your child will learn and grow in confidence and establish friendships at their own pace. An added perk is that messy activities like sand play and finger painting can be experienced here, and not in your home!  This program has been enjoyed by hundreds of Newton children for almost 50 years.
