Posture Power and Ballet Basics
This class is about amazing posture, strong legs and balance. You do not need to have experience, wear a tutu or ballet shoes. If you are interested in trying something new, you will not be disappointed. Students will enjoy learning the fundamentals of ballet through modified exercises and stretches, all danced to beautiful ballet music in a fun relaxed atmosphere.
Class is led by the Joanne Langione Dance Center's experienced ballet faculty, located in the newly renovated studio at 38 Boarder Street in West Newton. This class will help you stay fit, improve muscle tone and express your inner dancer.
Dancers can wear any clothing they feel comfortable moving in. Ballet slippers are not required but bare feet or socks with non slip treads are recommended.
