About:
The Parks and Recreation Commission has established a Fields Committee to assess and recommend facility improvements and policy changes. The committee’s goal is to prepare for the Commissioner a list of recommendations that the department can implement (e.g. policy changes, field projects.) The committee will be as transparent and open as possible as this undertaking is for the benefit of the many groups within the Newton athletic community and the outcome will have real impacts on their future interaction with our fields.
