Volunteer Land Stewards
We have a wonderful group of volunteer Stewards who help us to preserve our Conservation Areas. Stewards walk a given parcel several times per year, report on conditions and needs, pick up small trash, trim small branches, etc. Contact the Conservation office if you are interested in becoming a Steward!

A couple of times a year, Staff organize an informal event for the Stewards to get together and go for a walk in one of the Conservation Areas.
Other ways to get involved
Scouts -- There are many opportunities for Scouts to undertake improvement projects in Conservation Areas. Click here to learn more about doing a scout project.
Research and other uses -- If you are interested in using a Conservation Area for research or other reasons, fill out this Conservation Area use application, and contact Conservation Staff to discuss the details.
