Funding Process: 

July 22, 2022 - Proposal submitted for CPA funding of the new Affordable Housing Trust submitted for review at the August 9, 2022 CPC meeting.

August 9, 2022 - Project presented at Public Hearing and CPC unanimously votes to recommend full funding.

August 24, 2022 - CPC Funding Recommendation sent to City Council for their review and approval

October 17, 2022 - City Council Order approves initial funding of Affordable Trust Fund.

June 14, 2023 - FY24 Funding Proposal submitted for CPC review at the July 11, 2023 CPC meeting. Proposal includes the Trust's Priorities, Goals and Guidelines document developed in 2022.

July 11, 2023 - CPC unanimously recommends full funding of the proposal following the project's public hearing.
