Goals:
To support, preserve and restore the permanently affordable senior housing facility's 34 one-bedroom units by using CPA funding to repair and replace the roof and siding, install new insulation, and replace the existing HVAC system with a new and more energy efficient system.

April 22, 2021 - Pre-Proposal submitted for funding to preserve the existing affordable housing development. Materials submitted include:

July 13, 2021 - Project Presentation made at CPC's public hearing. The CPC unanimously votes to recommend full funding of the project.
August 2, 2021 - CPC Recommendation docketed with City Council for their review and approval.
August 4, 2021 - Updated Project Budget submitted, replacing Pages 6-9 of the above attachments document.
November 1, 2021 - City Council Order approves full funding of the project as recommended.
July 25, 2022 - Letter from Cascap requesting approval to expand the uses of the approved funds
