Goals
Create rental housing for families of homeless veterans in an existing 2-family house, with a total of 5 bedrooms (a lower 2-bedroom unit and an upper 3-bedroom unit), permanently deed-restricted to remain affordable for households earning less than 80 percent of area median income.
